Morning exercise
If I’m going to exercise, it’s got to be in the morning or I won’t have the energy to make it happen later in the day. And it has been so long since I exercised regularly that I knew I needed to start off doing something that wasn’t too hard so I wouldn’t give up yet would also give me some results quickly.
