Organizing and Inventorying the freezer was also supposed to be part of LWSZ day 1 time permitting, but time did not permit for me.

Luckily, with the help of the hubby on Labor day, we finished up organizing and Inventorying the rest of our food in the freezer(s).

Not only was this a great opportunity to find out what we already had on hand in the house for meal planning during this no spend month, but it was great for finding old forgotten foods that needed to be trashed-only a couple days before trash day here.

These tasks have been much needed stress-relieving activities for me.
